Submit Documentation

Payment
Complete your registration by paying the specified deposit to secure your stall. Full payment details and deadlines will be provided upon registration.
Set Up
Arrive at the venue ahead of the event to set up your stall. Assistance will be available on site to help you prepare your space before the doors open to visitors.

Application Process
Application Submission
Download our application, Once completed, submit your application form through Email or Whatsapp.
Attach your filled form and send it to our official exhibitor email address: booking@srilankatradefair.org.
Payment Details
After your application is reviewed and accepted, you will receive an invoice detailing the payment terms and conditions. Key details include:
Balance
The remaining 50% balance must be settled on or before the specified deadline, which will be clearly indicated on your invoice.
Payment Meethod
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or through secure online payment platforms. Detailed instructions and our bank account information will be provided along with your invoice.
Refund Policy: Please note our refund policy in case of cancellation, which will be detailed in your exhibitor agreement.
We encourage exhibitors to complete their applications and submit payments promptly to ensure their desired stall location and to take advantage of any early bird discounts or promotional offers that may apply.
